Very often the service member is working, deployed, or already reported in — and the spouse is running the entire house hunt alongside everything else a PCS demands.

VA loans and BAH
I'm not a lender, and I won't pretend to be. What I'll do is work closely with yours and make sure the real estate side never becomes the reason something falls apart.
That means writing offers that account for VA appraisal and repair requirements, understanding what sellers in this market will and won't accept, and being realistic with you about how your BAH translates into buying power at today's rates.
If you don't have a lender yet, I'll introduce you to a few who genuinely know VA loans — and you should talk to more than one.
